PITTSBURGH SKI CLUB MEMBERSHIP


The PSC membership runs from June 1 of the current year until May 31 of the next year. As a PSC member you will receive the following benefits:

  • Free admission to Club social meetings
  • Reduced admission to social activities
  • Eligibility for all Ski Club and Western PA Ski Council trips
  • Group Rate discount lift tickets and ski lessons
  • Ski racing, coaching, and gate training programs
  • Voting privileges on Ski Club issues
  • The PSC News monthly newsletter via email (US Mail delivery available for additional $10/year)
  • Annual membership directory (via website link)

The cost of the annual dues for a PSC Membership is as follows:
     Adult over age 21 is $25*
     Additional Adults at same address are $15 each
     Children/Teens under age 21, with Adult membership, are $10 each
         *US Mail delivery of the newsletter is available for an additional $10/year.

There are three ways to join the Club:

(i) Just click on APPLICATION, fill it in on-line and print the filled in application to your printer. You can also print out a blank application form to your printer and fill it out manually. AN APPLICATION MUST BE FILLED OUT FOR EACH MEMBERSHIP (Adult, Additional Adult, Child/Teen). Then, mail the application(s) with a check in the appropriate amount payable to Pittsburgh Ski Club to:
     PSC Membership, PMB #179, 414 South Craig Street, Pittsburgh, PA   15213-3709.
Please also enclose a self–addressed stamped envelope so that your membership card can be mailed to you. It usually takes a few weeks to process your application and mail your membership card to you. You will then start receiving the monthly newsletter via email and be entered into the Club’s directory.

(ii) The only instant way to join the Club is at one of our social meetings held between October and March — just fill out an application, pay the membership fee, and you will receive your membership card on the spot. Now, as a member, your admission to the Club social meetings is free. You can also join the Club at other functions by filling out an application and paying the membership fee, and then pay the member rate for entry to that event; your membership card will be mailed to you.

(iii) Or, if you would rather receive information in the mail, either call the Pittsburgh Ski Club 24–hour Club Information Line at 412–281–SKIS and leave a message requesting information or send an email requesting information and a Membership Information Packet will be mailed to you (remember to include your name and full postal address).
